1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the tk1917 website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" means any registered user who holds an active account on tk1917.

To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus must be completed. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, your total balance is ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 Important Points Regarding Bonuses

• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The tk1917 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's net losses.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All bets and gaming activities on tk1917 are governed by these rules. In the event of any dispute, tk1917's system logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet will only be considered accepted when a confirmation message is received from the system. For incomplete bets due to network issues, the system log record is final.

7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1917 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and further action taken:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using tk1917 for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing other members or attempting unauthorised access to their accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk1917 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, whether legitimately deposited personal funds (if no bonus conditions were breached) are returned will be determined through a review.
